Jon - Accountant (CPA) and Attorney

Jon is an Accountant (CPA), an Attorney, and a trusted advisor to executives and business owners with over 20 years of experience. His expertise spans a diverse range of industries, from startups and small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.

 Currently, Jon serves as the CEO of Agape Law PC, a premier full-service litigation law firm serving the Latino community.

Prior to founding Solomon’s Advisors, he successfully led a $5.3 billion divestiture transition at a prominent international energy company. He was also a Director of Finance, where he played a pivotal role in managing external financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. His proficiency extends to both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has also been the Principal Contract Manager, where he drafted, negotiated, and managed over $2.1 billion in contracts.

A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in accounting, business law, contracts, finance, tax, and business process improvements, he is recognized by his peers as the go-to person to get things done. He has helped many businesses throughout his career, ranging from construction companies to online fashion retailers, improving their operations and profitability.

 Jon has Engineering (B.S.), Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.), and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degrees. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New York, and New Hampshire, and in the Federal District Court. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts. He was also a judicial law clerk for the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board. He has taught classes and has given lectures internationally in Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America.

In his personal time, Jon volunteers on the boards of various nonprofit organizations and is the CFO of various charities that feed the hungry.

Daise - accountant and finance

Daise spent years at Ernst & Young (EY), a Big 4 Audit firm, she has experience as a Tax Consultant, and an Auditor.

She was a Payroll and Human Capital specialist. She has experience in accounting and finance (CORE business) at EY.

She also has experience starting up and running successful small businesses.

She has bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
