An Accountant (CPA), an Attorney, and a trusted advisor to executives and business owners with over 20 years of experience. His expertise spans a diverse range of industries, from startups and small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.

Currently, Jon serves as the Director of Finance at a prominent international energy company, where he plays a pivotal role in managing external financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. His proficiency extends to both US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).  He has also been the Principal Contract Manager where he drafted, negotiated, and managed over $1 Billion dollars in contracts.

A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in contracts, finance, tax, and business process improvements, he is recognized by his peers as the go-to person to get things done!  He has helped many small businesses throughout his career, ranging from construction companies to online fashion retailers, improving their operations and profitability.

Jon has Engineering (BS), Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and Doctor in Law (JD) degrees. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New York, & New Hampshire. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts. He was also a judicial law clerk for the Massachusetts state appellate tax board. He has taught classes and has given business lectures internationally.

On his personal time, Jon volunteers on the boards of various non-profit organizations, and is the CFO of various charities that feed the hungry.
